Microlearning courses help people stay up-to-date and competitive without the commitment of a long-term programme.

Microlearning courses are flexible, no duration and can be completed anytime, anywhere and on any device. 

These courses are completed through eLearning but assessment may include practical tasks. Assessment is fully supported by qualified tutors and the course fees include assessment and reporting of unit standards on the NZQA framework.

This online course covers general workplace health and safety and is suitable for anyone at any level in an organisation.  

 Learning outcomes:

  • Identify and describe legislative rights and responsibilities for workplace health and safety
  • Describe the systems approach to workplace health and safety
  • Be able to explain how risks and hazards are defined in the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
